BRIEFING & INITIAL CONSULTATION

In the initial phase, we collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the project. It involves in-depth discussions covering everything from budget and timeline constraints to specific functional and aesthetic goals. We assess how the space will be used, desired styles and colour palettes, and any unique inspirations the client wishes to incorporate. Through this comprehensive information gathering, we can tailor each decision to align with the client’s lifestyle and design objectives.

Once we have a detailed brief, we conduct a thorough space evaluation, capturing measurements, photos, and videos to understand the layout, lighting, structural factors, and current condition of the space. With this information, we identify tailored design solutions that align with the client’s lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs, creating a roadmap to guide each design and implementation stage.

CONCEPT

Our design process begins by transforming your vision into a clear and cohesive concept. We create detailed mood boards that capture the space’s essence, accompanied by precise floor plans outlining layout ideas, furniture placement, and potential structural changes. We provide 3D visuals to bring the design to life, showcasing furniture, textures, colour palettes, and lighting, helping clients visualize the space in its whole dimension.
At this stage, the client’s feedback is crucial to ensure alignment with their expectations. Based on their input, we refine and finalize the design direction, focusing on style, functionality, and feasibility. This collaborative approach ensures that the final design perfectly reflects the client’s vision while meeting practical needs.

DETAILED DRAWINGS

Once the conceptual design is approved, we begin translating the vision into precise technical details. This phase includes creating accurate drawings for custom elements and realistic 3D renderings to help visualize the final outcome. An itemized cost breakdown is also provided to ensure transparency throughout the process.

Key deliverables in this phase include detailed floor plans, elevations, sections that outline layouts and furniture placement, and technical drawings for custom furniture, fixtures, and lighting plans. We also provide electrical and plumbing layouts, a comprehensive material and finishes schedule, and a cost estimate to ensure the design stays within the client’s budget. Any necessary adjustments are made based on feedback before the final sign-off

    PURCHASING, IMPLEMENTATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    This phase is crucial to ensuring the design is brought to life exactly as envisioned. Once the designs are finalised and approved, the client decides whether to proceed with procurement WITH US, which involves sourcing all custom elements. We work with skilled artisans and manufacturers to create bespoke pieces like furniture, cabinetry, lighting, soft furnishings, artwork, and accessories.

    We focus on effective project management during the implementation phase by setting a detailed timeline with key milestones. This includes coordinating on-site work and conducting regular inspections to ensure the design is executed precisely. We visit suppliers to oversee the quality of bespoke items and ensure top-tier craftsmanship. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication with the client, keeping them updated every step of the way.

    The phase concludes with a thorough quality check and styling process. We finalise every detail, carefully arranging each element to ensure the space is perfectly prepared for the client’s enjoyment. Additionally, we ensure that all materials are procured efficiently, quality standards are met, and any unforeseen issues are swiftly addressed, maintaining the design integrity and budget.

     

    FINAL STYLING & HANDOVER

    This phase involves adding the finishing touches, such as artwork, plants, and accessories, to personalize and complete the space. A final walkthrough is conducted with the client to review the design and make any last adjustments. The project handover includes design documents, material specifications, warranties, and maintenance guidelines. After completion, follow-up services are offered to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
